A fourth-generation bricklayer, Shawn is trained in blueprint reading, job site supervision, and brick, block and stone installation, and is OSHA-certified.

is a Brick Masonry instructor at Mingo Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center and a member of the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers and the International Masonry Institute (IMI). Chris holds numerous certifications in his field, including OSHA 500, Scaffold Safety, Mast Climber and IMI Green Craft, and is an IMI-certified instructor.

is Great Onyx Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center’s Urban Forestry instructor. He is a second-generation arborist with over a decade of experience in the field. Beginning his career trimming and removing trees from powerlines, Steven eventually advanced to journeyman class A foreman, certifying him to train new arborists. He enjoys the opportunity to make a difference in his field and in the lives of students through his role as instructor.

He brings almost three decades of experience in the field to his classroom, helping students learn and find their career paths. Charles is happily married with five children.
