Dyan Hashizaki

joined the Maui Job Corps Center team in 2022 as an educational services secretary and later filled the roles of an outreach admissions specialist and educational services manager, transferred to Inland Empire Job Corps Center as program director, and then returned to Maui Job Corps Center as the education services manager. She loves helping students develop training plans and goals for a successful future career. When she isn’t working, Dyan enjoys playing pickleball, hiking, traveling with her daughters and hanging out with her dogs.

joined PIVOT Satellite Job Corps Center as the Office Administration instructor in 2018. Prior to this, she worked as an adjunct professor at American River College in Sacramento, Calif., an instructional aide and a library supervisor at Portland Adventist Academy. Nickling holds a bachelor’s degree in fashion design and a master’s degree in communications, and she enjoys using all this experience and knowledge as a Job Corps instructor.

Barbara Reynolds

has been an Office Administration instructor at IndyPendence Job Corps Center for over 15 years. She enjoys teaching customer service and office etiquette as well as hard skills like Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel in her classroom. Barbara’s main objective is to serve her students and ensure IndyPendence Job Corps is a positive community for students.

William Muldro

worked for over 40 years as a technical support specialist before returning to school to become an educator. He now serves as the Computer Technician instructor at Brooklyn Job Corps Center. William made this career change so he could share his love of technology with students and provide them with skills to have a career they love. His goal is to help students become college- and career-ready. 

Timothy Ruffin - Academics and Life Skills - Brooklyn Job Corps Center

Timothy Ruffin

Before joining the Brooklyn Job Corps Center team as an Evening Studies instructor, Timothy Ruffin worked with youth at various nonprofit and community-based organizations as an instructor and college advisor. He holds a bachelor’s degree in African American studies from Rutgers University and earned two master’s degrees, in social sciences and education. Timothy specializes in creating positive and supportive learning environments for students to help them overcome barriers and reach their goals.
