She earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Meghan’s favorite parts of her job are teaching students new things and working with her wonderful colleagues. Meghan enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with friends and her two cats.

is a Cement Masonry instructor at Milwaukee Job Corps Center who has worked with the Operative Plasters and Cement Masons International Association for nearly 30 years. Job Corps has given him the opportunity to pass on his knowledge to future cement masons.

Her education and experience in the field of nursing are the perfect complement to help her students with the roles, responsibilities and tasks to be performed in the field of practical nursing. Evanid’s skills allow her students to effectively learn the required health processes. Evanid promotes, assists and evaluates clinical practice for students in practice centers and simulated laboratories.

She is a dedicated professional and is responsible for assisting students with knowledge and practice and the responsibilities of being a medical assistant. Zenaida helps students grow professionally with dedication, vocation and commitment, which have characterized her work as a professional throughout her career.

As a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse instructor at Arecibo Job Corps Center, Glorimar Rios enjoys guiding and mentoring students into professionals. Her previous experiences and industry insight help Glorimar provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to practice healthy behaviors, as well as the influence of responsible decision-making in the medical profession and in life. 

TABE coordinator, has worked with Arecibo Job Corps Center for over 30 years. Her professional background includes working in a variety of departments and roles such as dispensary, placement, record clerk, Career Technical Training administrative assistant and Academic instructor. She now teaches Information Technology, Career Choice and TABE Preparation. Mildred has a master’s degree in education and supervision.

has been working as an Electrical instructor with Arecibo Job Corps Center for over two years. He has over 30 years of experience as an electrician, as well as previous experience working as a foreman and general foreman for construction companies. He finds great satisfaction in teaching young people and helping prepare them for successful careers as electricians.

is one of few San Jose Job Corps Center employees who worked at the original center in downtown San Jose, when he started as a math instructor in 1993. So far, he has taught classes in every academic subject offered at the San Jose Job Corps Center and has always enjoyed assisting students in obtaining their high school diploma or equivalency. Before coming to Job Corps, Denis spent over 20 years working in the theater business in the Bay Area.

is a Driver’s Education instructor at San Jose Job Corps Center. He brings over five years of experience as a driver’s education instructor. Joseph started as a resident assistant at Job Corps, and prior to that, he obtained his driving instructor credential from the DMV and has been a driving instructor for over five years. Joseph graduated with a physical education degree and worked as a physical education teacher in different schools for almost 25 years.
