is a full-time basic Culinary Arts instructor with Ramey Job Corps Center. Jose has a certificate degree in the program of regional and international cuisine and international pastry and baking from the National University College of Puerto Rico. He also earned certification for local and international cuisine from the Institute of Banking and Commerce. He also was recognized by the Caribbean BBQ Association as a Certified PIT Master.

is a basic and advanced Culinary Arts instructor with Ramey Job Corps Center. She earned an associate degree in science, a degree in culinary arts from the Ana G. Méndez University of Puerto Rico, and a certificate in regional and international cuisine from Caribbean College of Culinary Arts. Stephanie also is certified by the Puerto Rico Department of Education as an instructor of Culinary Arts and holds ServSafe certification.

Gregory Bates - Career Journey - Milwaukee Job Corps Center

Gregory Bates

started working as a CPP instructor with Milwaukee Job Corps Center in May 2022. He graduated from Custer High School and obtained associate degrees in business administration and business management from Milwaukee Area Technical College. Gregory earned his bachelor’s degree from Cardinal Stritch University in human services management and hopes to complete his master’s degree in education in 2023–2024. Gregory has been teaching for over 10 years, and his passions are religion, social services, human rights, helping young people and criminal justice.
