She brings 16 years of experience instructing future health care professionals to Job Corps. Reatha has a genuine love for health care and her students, and she loves leading students to success.

Herman is a journeyman carpenter at Local 318 and is certified in OSHA 500 Construction and Green Building Awareness. All these work experiences equip Herman to lead his students to success in the field.

Winifred Horn, Certified Nuse Assistant instructor, brings nearly 40 years of experience as a registered nurse to her Montgomery Job Corps classroom. Winifred enjoys preparing students for their careers and helping them understand employers’ expectations in the health care industry by sharing her wisdom and experiences working in various hospitals and health care facilities. Winifred extends compassion to her students while teaching them how to succeed.

is the Building Construction Technology instructor at Montgomery Job Corps Center and has nearly 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Marcus has worked as a master cabinet-maker for over 18 years on a variety of projects, including custom homes, restaurants, schools, churches, hospitals and banks. He is also a certified OSHA 10/030 trainer. As a Job Corps instructor, Marcus believes that building positive relationships and giving students opportunities to be successful in their careers are most important. 

joined Montgomery Job Corps in 2009 as the Automotive instructor through UAW-LETC. He brings nearly 30 years of industry experience, along with nine ASE certifications and 85 General Motors certifications. Brian uses his professional and personal background to prepare students for a successful career and life.

brings 30 years of industry experience to his role as IUPAT Pre-Apprentice Painting instructor at Inland Empire Job Corps Center. Previously, he worked as a foreman and managed several projects in the field.
