She holds an associate degree in business management and a bachelor’s degree in education and student relations. Gina enjoys making a difference in the lives of the students and staff at Job Corps.

Jeffrey Whitlock - Culinary Arts - Delaware Valley Job Corps Center

Jeffrey Whitlock

,Culinary Arts instructor at Delaware Valley Job Corps Center, brings over 26 years of culinary experience to the program. He previously worked as a certified executive chef, pastry chef, food service director and regional director. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in culinary arts and hotel management from California Culinary Institute, as well as a pastry certificate from Le Cordon Bleu Paris. Jeffrey looks forward to passing along his variety of experiences to students interested in the field and helping them find success. 

Eric Possemato - Advanced Electrical Service Technician, Pre-Apprentice - Delaware Valley Job Corps Center

Eric Possemato

is a Home Builders Institute (HBI) instructor for the Advanced Electrical Service Technician training area and has served as an HBI instructor for 15 years. He also brings 12 years of professional experience in the electrical field working on commercial and residential projects. Eric earned his bachelor’s degree at SUNY Delhi and holds multiple certifications in the field, including electrical construction, OSHA 500-hour instructor, national green building standard and more.

Shawn Bailey - Hotel and Lodging - Delaware Valley Job Corps Center

Shawn Bailey

has worked with the Delaware Valley Job Corps Center team for over 20 years. He brings over 12 years of customer service experience to his role as Hotel and Lodging instructor. Shawn enjoys using a student-focused approach in his classroom and teaching students how to best provide a quality guest experience.

Dan Spagnoli - Security and Protective Services - Delaware Valley Job Corps Center

Dan Spagnoli

is a Security instructor at Delaware Valley Job Corps Center. He brings over 20 years of volunteer firefighter experience and 18 years of experience in the health care field serving people with developmental disabilities. He is certified by the state of New York to teach eight- and 16-hour courses for students to receive their unarmed security guard certification, as well as by the American Heart Association to teach basic life support and CPR. Dan also holds an associate degree from SUNY Sullivan.

Mary Hanstine

brings 24 years of experience as a high school teacher to her role as a High School Diploma instructor at Delaware Valley Job Corps Center.
