Mike Wallace

joined Earle C. Clements Job Corps as a Deckhand instructor in 2019 and has been in the tow boating industry for 28 years. Mike started his career as a green deckhand and worked his way up to senior mate and fleet mate for Evansville Marine Services. He now uses this experience to teach students the proper skills to find a career in the field.

Mike Adams

Before joining Earle C. Clements Job Corps as Electrical instructor, Mike Adams worked for Peabody Coal Company for 28 years. Mike was a student here at Earle C. Clements Job Corps and is now able to impart his experience to students every day. 

Merry Woolsey - Certified Nurse Assistant - Earle C. Clements Job Corps

Merry Woolsey

is a Certified Nurse Assistant instructor at Earle C. Clements Job Corps. She graduated from practical nursing school in 1991 and become a registered nurse in 1993. Merry has worked half her career in the ICU, in both the United States and Germany. Merry is excited to use her experiences and lessons she has learned with all her students at Earle C. Clements Job Corps. 

Lori Wesley - Culinary Arts - Earle C. Clements Job Corps

Lori Wesley

has worked with Job Corps for over 10 years and currently serves as an Advanced Pastry instructor at Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center. She has experience in food management, operating Huck’s/Godfather and Subway. Lori loves working with students and seeing their excitement when they achieve their goals. 

Leif Johnson - Welding - Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center

Leif Johnson

has worked at Earle C. Clements Job Corps for nearly 20 years. He taught Basic Welding for five years before becoming an Advanced Welding instructor. Leif’s background includes sheet metal fabrication, pipe fabrication, ornamental iron fabrication and design. He holds an associate degree in welding technology and is an AWS-certified welding inspector. Leif enjoys working at Earle C. Clements Job Corps because welding has always been his passion of his, and he enjoys sparking that passion in today’s young people. 

Judith Reid - Office Administration - Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center

Judith Reid

has been a part of the Earle C. Clements Job Corps team since 2005. She started as a substitute instructor before eventually becoming a full-time CTT instructor in Office Administration. Prior to Job Corps, Judith worked 32 years in the field as an administrative assistant, network manager, engineer and resource consultant with AT&T. 

Jonathan Joyner - Computer Technician A+ - Earle C. Clements Job Corps

Jonathan Joyner

Jonathan Joyner, Computer Service Technician instructor, is A+ certified and has a degree in applied science from Southeastern Illinois College, where he also completed the Cisco program for CCNT and CCNA. Before coming to Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center, Jonathan was the system administrator for the Williamson County Government in Marion, Ill. Jonathan enjoys teaching at Job Corps because it gives him the ability to help others have a better opportunity at growing and creating a better life for themselves. 

Jennifer Stallins - Office Administration - Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center

Jennifer Stallins

has worked as a CTT instructor for the Office Administration training area at Earle C. Clements Job Corps for over 10 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration, has professional experience working in offices for universities and animal shelters, and held various managerial roles in retail. These experiences gave Jennifer the real-life perspective she now uses to teach and interact with students on a daily basis. 

Jennifer Pride - Medical Administrative Assistant - Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center

Jennifer Pride

joined Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center in June 2019 as a CTT Medical Administrative Assistant instructor. She earned an applied science associate degree from Ivy Tech Community College in 2010 and a certificate in Medical Assisting in 2012 through the American Association of Medical Assistants. While in college, Jennifer worked as a caregiver and had many clients in the Evansville, Ind., area where she would assist with daily duties, dressing, bathing, transporting clients to appointments and more.
