is a full-time teacher with Ramey Job Corps Center as a History instructor and has been with the center for 13 years. He has a bachelor’s degree in secondary education in arts from Puerto Rico University. Richard also is certified by the Department of Education of Puerto Rico as a secondary school teacher in history.
